In this 4-week program we will be looking at several ways to get your health on track using the 4 Pillars of Health – L.E.A.N – Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. This class is for anyone who is 18+ who is looking to improve their life. Senior citizens looking to improve their second half of life (you saved all that money to enjoy it!) receive a 15% discount! Each class is as follows:
