Eating Healthy Doesn't Have to Be Complicated!

There is so much information about how to eat and which diet is best for you. It can actually be really overwhelming! So let’s ditch the overwhelm and keep it simple. Eating right really doesn’t need to be complicated. ✅Eat real food as much as possible! ❌Eat less foods in packages or boxes! 🤓 Be a label reader! (Look for the big 4 additives you should avoid at all costs! Hydrogenated Oil, High Fructose Corn Syrup and artificial colors and flavors) 🥗 Eat more vegetables Minimize (or skip) the sugar (use a substitute like Stevia or Monkfruit. Aspartame and Sucralose are chemicals that you’re putting into your body!) Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. (It’s going to be HOT today! 🤩) Keep it simple!
