Aspartame and Sucralose are chemicals that you’re putting into your body!) Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. (It’s going to be HOT today! 🤩) Keep it simple! And I know it’s possible you still have a few questions about how to improve your eating and I’m here to help! Post your questions in the comments or send me a PM. I’m on a mission to make eating well simple for YOU! #wholefoods #labelreader#veggies #fruits #nosugar #hydrate#wellness #happiness #gratitude#saveyourlifewithnutrition
